WARRANTIES

Architectural Integrated Metals, Inc. offers ARMOR PROTECTION, several ways in which to GUARD your standing seam metal roof application and installation. The flexibility of our warranty program is in your total control.

GUARDIAN I: A warranty that will extend up to 35 years for materials, labor and finish protection. This warranty will provide a “TOTAL SYSTEM” protection which includes the insulation, curbs and flashing detailing as well as the entire assembly. The length of time is determined by the architects/project manager/designer request at time of bidding.

Cost effective and includes the total cost of the system for materials at the time of purchase which is neither non-prorated, nor non-depreciating during the entire period.

GUARDIAN II: An interactive 35 year warranty that offers owner flexibility in the cost of the warranty and the term in which he expects coverage. This program covers all the benefits as offered in our GUARDIAN I, but may be budgeted to meet your cost for a specific time frame. Please ask about this very pro-active warranty program.

GUARDIAN III: A NO DOLLAR LIMIT WARRANTY that offers up to 20 years of ARMOR protection.  Guardian III is tailored to meet your architects intent and depth of coverage for your project.
