Architectural Integrated Metals, Inc. is a full service manufacturer of standing seam metal roofs and roof related and wall related products. As a certified manufacturer we provide more than just the equipment to manufacture your roof product, we provide the entire host of service to install a secure roof system on your building or project.

Services include a full compliment of design estimators, trained to view your project document to determine the most cost efficient method to meet code and design. Once your project has been estimated, the bid won, we must turn to the next process prior to manufacturing your standing seam metal roof.

That process requires a licensed engineer that calculates, all the necessary loads, codes, wind uplift, framing materials by gage and density. Additionally, all air and water test by ASTM as well as wind uplift requirements must be confirmed, stamped and sealed by a registered engineer within the state of installation of product.

AIM is all of this and more. Our company prides itself in one simple motto, “Whatever it Takes’ to Serve,” (W.I.T.S. for short). All it takes is a commitment to service, not just price and you have a service driven company. Once the product has been fully engineered, reviewed and approved by the task force designated to your project we move forward.

Manufacturing is an integral part of a fully engineered and designed project, but not just any manufacturing, a manufacture that has its plant and equipment inspected and certified, a manufacturer that provides “Mill Certification on its steel,” a manufacturer that maintains a certified training program for its employees and its contractors. That is equally important to service and quality.

Once completed, AIM has its own fleet of trucks that deliver your project to the job site, carefully and mindfully staging the materials to meet the contractors need to efficiently install the materials in an accurate and timely fashion.

Finally, once completed and prior to issuance of your warranty, the project will be inspected by and independent firm, authorized to accept or reject an installation to protect your interest and ours. That is what we call SERVICE.
