PROJECT 1

This project has a 22 gage metal deck with two built up roofs currently in place. The owner was faced with the cost of removal, waste management and impact to environment from the roofs being removed. 

Solution:  A standing seam metal roof implementing light gage framing, which eliminated the high cost of waste removal, qualification for GREEN roof installation and, compliance with new Energy Code Initiatives that provide rebate and lower energy consumption cost to the owner. The installation of a metal standing roof provided a great solution to an otherwise expensive alternative.
